Shipping and Delivery Information
You can placed your order online or with any of our representatives, and pick up at our local store or have them deliver directly to your shipping location. Once you have placed an order, you will receive order acknowledgement message through your point of contact to confirm your order details. Once your item is prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a shipment notification through your point of contact with carrier and tracking information.
The Shipment timeframe is an estimate of the duration for each item will be prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Which can be categorized into 2 following categories.
Item which are available within our inventory are estimated to ship within 1-3 business day after order was confirmed.
Item which are not available within our inventory are estimated to ship within or more than 45 business day after order was confirmed.
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we will send you shipment notification that include carrier information and tracking number.
Shipping charge will be calculated base upon estimated weight and dimension of your item(s) which are available in quotation and also included within the order acknowledgement message through your point of contact. Although we reserve right to modify shipping charge at any time at our discretion.
In case of any problems occurred with your delivery, we will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you to keep you updated with the latest situation on your delivery. If you have already received your item(s) and find that it is damage, you can either refers to refund policy or contact us directly to resolve the issue.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for every orders in Bangkok Metropolitan Area and Greater Bangkok Area.
Deliveries are made from 8:00 am – 14:00 am on every Wednesday and Friday of the Week. We will contact you via message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. However we reserve right to modify shipping schedule at any time at our discretion.
In-Store Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an notification when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Monday – Saturday. Please have your order confirmation notification with you when you come.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.

คุณสามารถสั่งซื้อทางออนไลน์ หรือ ผ่านกับตัวแทนของเรา และรับสินค้าที่ร้านค้าของเรา หรือ ให้ทางเราจัดส่งตรงไปยังสถานที่จัดส่งของคุณ เมื่อคุณทำการสั่งซื้อแล้ว คุณจะได้รับข้อความตอบรับคำสั่งซื้อผ่านช่องทางที่คุณติดต่อ เพื่อยืนยันรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อของคุณ เมื่อสินค้าของคุณถูกจัดเตรียมสำหรับการจัดส่งและจัดส่ง คุณจะได้รับการแจ้งเตือนการจัดส่งซึ่งจะระบุ ผู้ให้บริการในการจัดส่ง และ ข้อมูลในการติดตามสินค้า Tracking Number

ค่าจัดส่งจะถูกคำนวณ ตามน้ำหนักและขนาดโดยประมาณจากรายการสินค้า ซึ่งค่าจัดส่งสินค้านั้นจะถูกระบุไว้ในใบเสนอราคา และ ยังรวมอยู่ในข้อความตอบรับคำสั่งซื้อ แต่อย่างไรก็ตามเราจะขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยนค่าขนส่งได้ตลอดเวลาตามดุลยพินิจของเรา

การจัดส่งโดยบริษัท

บริษัทฯ มีรอบจัดส่งทุกวัน พุธ และ วันศุกร์ ในแต่ละสัปดาห์ ซึ่งมีรอบจัดส่งตั้งแต่ 8:00 น. และ คำสั่งซื้อที่มาหลังจากนั้นจะถูกจัดส่งในรอบถัดไป เราจะติดต่อคุณทางข้อความพร้อมหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่คุณให้ไว้ตอนชำระเงินเพื่อแจ้งให้คุณทราบในวันที่มาถึง อย่างไรก็ตาม เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงกำหนดการจัดส่งได้ตลอดเวลาตามดุลยพินิจของเรา

ลูกค้าสามารถมารับสินค้าได้ที่บริษัทฯ ทุกวัน จันทร์ – เสาร์ ในเวลา 8:00 – 17:00
การเปลี่ยนแปลงและแก้ไข
